Our Original Pistachio Butter pairs beautifully with oats and chia seeds, creating a chewy, energizing bar that’s both wholesome and indulgent. Customize with your favorite mix-ins like dark chocolate chips or seeds - or your favorite toppings of choice!


Recipe:

- 1 ½ cups rolled oats

- ½ cup unsalted Seed & Shell Pistachio Butter

- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

- ¼ cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)

- 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds

- 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, pistachio butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  2. Stir in the dried fruit and chia seeds.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  4. Slice into bars and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
