Refund policy

At Seed & Shell, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and service and we prioritize the safety of our food products. Given the perishable nature of our food products and for other safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on your food items. Under certain circumstances; however, we may be able to offer a refund for any items that may have been damaged during transit, provided that the proper procedure identified below has been met.


If you receive a damaged item(s), we kindly ask that you inform us by sending an email to customerservice@seedandshell.com within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date (the “Notice”). 


Please note that we must receive clear photos of the damaged product in your “Notice” email in order for our team to investigate the issue and potentially initiate the refund process. After your proof has been submitted, our dedicated team will promptly investigate the situation and assist you accordingly. 


In the event that your damaged item dispute is approved, you will be notified of such via email, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund process times are variable and your refund may take some time to clear with your financial institution.
