Seed & Shell was born out of my desire to create something meaningful—a product that’s not only good for you but also has a purpose behind it. After years of working as an attorney, I realized I wasn’t living in alignment with my true passions and values. The idea for Seed & Shell began with my love for pistachios. They’re packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and antioxidants, and they represent everything I value: sustainability, health, and balance.
